Here is an article about Frank Sabo, Peggy's husband. I remember the day this happened. I was just a little kid, about 8. I was playing outside. It was a cool fall day. I was riding my bike around the block with friends and came back to the house to find an ambulance out front and the emt's hauling Frank on a wheeled stretcher into the house. They told me what had happened and they put him in bed then, jacked the heat in the house incredibly high. Frank was freezing and I am very sure he was fairly drunk when he was on that boat and took a spill into the Delaware. He's lucky someone heard his cries for help. Me, well, I have hard hearing.
